International Electric Power Project Legal Risk Seminar 2018 Held in Tianjin 发布时间:2018-09-21 浏览次数:3493

    From August 23 to 24, 2018, China Electric Power Planning and Engineering Association (CEPPEA) held the seminar on legal risk in international electric power project, which was participated by more than 70 people including legal advisers, the head and relevant stuffs from 46 units. The seminar was undertaken by Tianjin Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. whose secretary of the party committee and chairman, Li Fang made a speech.

    Li Aimin, the vice president and secretary-general of CEPPEA made a pep talk. He hoped that all the member units can actively took part in exploration of  normalization operation of international project, and emphasized that risk profile, analysis, recognition, establishing sound risk prevention and control mechanism were necessary to promote the level of management. Che Honglin, vice president of CEPPEA and vice general manager of China Energy Engineering Group Planning and Design Co., Ltd. participated the seminar.

    Fang Fang, the head of legal and risk management of Power China, Peng Shenying, the general counsel from International Engineering Company of Power China, Song Yuxiang from Yangguang law office were also invited to attend the seminar. They exchanged the point of the risk prevention and control and legal service in the international project.

   This seminar was ended fruitful after well open discussion, which was convenient for interaction.
