    The request of the economic situation development and the situation of industry were grasped accurately by electric power engineering enterprises nationwide in 2018. 18 member units topped “top 60 Chinese engineering design enterprises” list, 40 member units’ EPC operation revenue was in the first grade in our country, and 25 member units entered the overseas engineering procurement constructionoperation revenue ranking list. It was the achievements and accumulation under the circumstance of China electric engineering growing stronger, industrial chain improving continuously, and international competitiveness enhancing continuously during the 40 years China's reform and opening up.

    Forty years for glorious achievements, we should set sail again for one dream! Digitization and intellectualization are new development tides to face in the new year. Electric power engineering industry should follow the principle of quality first, efficacy priority, intensify the ability of risk prevention and control, and enhance the endogenous power. CEPPEA will make progress together with member units, and will cooperate with organizations engaged in architecture, construction, quality management and so on to broaden the fields of industry development so as to serve the industry better. CEPPEA will keep close connection with international organizations to promote China electric power engineering industry standards to integrate with international standards. CEPPEA will also continuously enhance the functions focusing on project evaluation, industry services, standard management, competition evaluation, propaganda and communication, training, talent building, and government service to create favorable conditions for healthy, stable, high-quality development, and further improve the development level and the international influence of China electric power engineering industry.
