    On Mar. 1, 2018, preparatory conference of China Electric Power Planning and Engineering Association (shorted as CEPPEA) Investment and Financing Branch was successfully held in Beijing. Sun Cui, Chief accountant of Power China, Chen Guanzhong, Chief accountant of Energy China and the head of finance, fund, audit departments of Power China and Energy China attended the conferencewhich was hosted by Li Aimin, the secretary-general of CEPPEA. Miao Qing from preparatory group reported the work of preparation.

     The purpose, organizational structure, objective and task of Investment and Financing Branch were discussed in depth, through which the strategies and focuses of work were specified. The leaders present at the meeting agreed that Power China and Energy China are “the National Team” in construction industry. As investment and financing are significant business processes, investment and financing consciousness and risk control ability should be promoted during the communication and experience summarization in each aspect.

    The Draft of Branch Work Rules and the organization structure were deliberated on the conference. The establishment conference would be held in May.
