English Version of China Electric Power Standards Goes Global through the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation 发布时间:2017-07-26 浏览次数:3293

    On May 14，the Parallel theme meeting to promote trade liberalization of the belt & road international cooperation was held in Beijing. Zhi Shuping, the Director General of the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine delivered a speech in the meeting. He stated that the integration of policies, rules and standards should be promoted to provide a mechanism guarantee for interconnection, which were the words by Xi Jinping at the opening ceremony of the forum. Zhi Shuping also introduced Chinese Standards, and presented the English version of Chinese standards to more than 60 countries participated the forum.

    TheEnglish version of Chinese standards composed 2 sections: English version of China national standards and English version of the China electric power standards, the latter one is translated by China Electric Power Planning & Engineering Association(shorted as CEPPEA), and recognized by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of People’s Republic of China and China International Contractors Association. Altogether there are more than 120 China electric power standards translated by CEPPEA, and the English version are widely used in the international electric power projects.
