    On February 21, 2017, the head of branch office and specialty committee meeting was held by China Electric Power Planning and Engineering Association(CEPPEA) in Nanchang. Vice President and secretary-general of CEPPEA, Li Aimin, vice-secretary-general, Guo Yali, Gao Hong, Ma Hong(former vice-secretary-general), the head of branch office and specialty committee, and the leaders of relevant departments in CEPPEA, a total of 28 people attended the meeting, which was chaired by vice-secretary-general, Gao Hong. Xu Silong, the president and vice secretary of Party Committee of Jiangxi Electric Power Design Institute, attended the meeting and made welcome speech.

    At the meeting, Guo Yali reported the main work in 2016 and the planning in 2017. The head of each branch office and specialty committee actively offered constructive suggestions on the market development, non-electric business and security of general contract projects under the 13^th Five Year Plan.

    Finally, Li Aimin represented CEPPEA to express his sincere thanks to branch office and specialty committee. He said that, each branch office had organized activities more and more initiatively which were increasingly welcomed in the recent years. He also said it had the most industrial characteristics and formed a good atmosphere of communication. He demanded each branch office and specialty committee should enrich and revise working plan to form “Members Service Guide”. He hoped the following aspects should be considered in the activities held by each branch office and specialty committee. Firstly, each branch office and specialty committee should have the attitude of opening to attract and welcome all the members to participate in the activities. Secondly, committee members should follow dynamic management. Thirdly, We-chat group and electronic journal can be created by using new media in order to widen the way of communication. Then branch office and specialty committee will be a stage of showing industry strength, promoting technical progress.
