  China Electric Power Planning & Engineering Association（shorted as CEPPEA）Annual Meeting of year 2021 was held in Beijing on January 11, 2022. During the meeting, 7 departments reviewed the work in 2021 and arranged the key tasks for 2022 respectively. The meeting was chaired by Li Aimin, standing vice president of CEPPEA. Two deputy secretary generals Gao Hong and Hao Shi-jie, the supervisor Ding Shi-sheng, and all employees attended the meeting.

  Administration Office successfully organized and coordinated the 9th Council, Standing Council and other major meetings, and successfully held the 1st Investigation and Surveying Technical Skill Competition of China Electric Power Engineering.

  Technical and Quality Department actively expanded the work methods combining online and offline to guarantee the completion of key works including theExcellent Quality Control Group Activity evaluation &Selection, Excellent Survey, Design, Software and Standardized Design Selection, and Electric Power Engineering Science and Technology Progress Award.

  Business Coordination Department completed the preparation of Electric Power Survey and Design Industry Statistic Yearbook and Benchmarking, and successfully organized four traditional business communication meetings on power grid, power generation, new energy and international business, and also organized the non-traditional business transformation and development seminar according to the needs of member enterprises.

  Standardization Management Department successfully organized the 3rd China Electric Power Engineering information modeling (EIM) competition of Power Supply and Distribution, prepared the list of valid editions of annual standards, established a management platform for Association Standards, and further standardize the management of Association Standards.

  Based on the needs of the members and in line with the national policies, Registration Training Department organized new training courses on "3D Engineering Information Modeling of power transmission and transformation project" and "design of urban substation" on the basis of the regular training courses.

  Periodical Edition Department shortened the time lag for review of the periodical, improved the editing level and quality of the periodical, ensuring regular publishments of Electric Power Survey & Design and Electric Power Design Information on time throughout the year.

  Financial Management Department successfully completed the annual final accounting, audit and other matters. In the face of the reform of National Fiscal and taxation system, the Financial Management Department has strengthened learning to comprehensively improve the financial management level and work quality.

  The leaders of CEPPEA commented on the work of each department which they were in charge of，and put forward requirements and suggestions in accordance with the work plan for 2021. Li Aimin delivered his concluding remarks. He said that in spite of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021, all departments had successfully completed all the key works in accordance with the annual plan through solidarity and collaboration. He fully acknowledged the achievements that each department reached in 2021 and put forward a higher requirement on specific summarization to the experiences and shortcomings. In 2022, all departments shall make detailed work arrangement, strengthen communication and collaboration, innovate service methods, and improve work quality and effectiveness. According to the spirit of the sixth plenary session of the 19th central committee of CPC, all the staff shall strengthen their theoretical learning and keep pace with the times in order to provide better service on the needs of members and the development of industry.
